One-on-One
A private equipment-based Pilates session to support and challenge your daily exercise or recovery. Each 50-minute session will focus on full body functional movement to feel stronger, more balanced, and centered. Targeted programming available for regular and self practices.

Self-Practice
Reserve the 300-sq ft space for private self-practice on all equipment and props. Channel Joseph Pilates’ gym with your Contrology practice, or utilize the studio TV to connect to instructor led (live) classes and online resources of your own choosing.
Drop-ins are intended for one person at a time.
Plan accordingly so that set/clean up is within your 60-minute reservation.
Self-practice reservations are only available to clients after one of the following has been completed: One private session with Jenny OR one 30-minute studio orientation.
Ask about the Motivation Membership where you will be charged monthly only for the days you don’t show up to practice!

Pilates A Day offers two Celluma panels that emit wavelengths of blue, red, and near-infrared light energy simultaneously in proprietary combinations for a variety of treatments ranging from: aging skin, body contouring, hair growth, acne treatment, and pain and inflammation relief. These panels can be added during or at the end of your one on one session. If you've never tried LED light therapy at Pilates A Day, claim your first free 15 minute add on (which must be booked in conjunction with a one on one session).
