I believe in the range of proactive and restorative exercise. After completing Core Power Pilates’ 500-hour teacher training program under Marissa Lins in the Eve Gentry lineage, I build upon the foundation of Pilates—flow, control, precision, breathing, concentration, and centering—and apply these principles to help clients move with more intention and ease. Targeted recovery and healthy aging are universal opportunities for me to guide clients through body and mind connections that are challenging yet sustainable.

Constantly curious and committed to learning, I actively attend Classical Pilates workshops, nationally certified continuing education, and explore deeper into body mechanics as study and practice to bring even more insight to layer upon former certifications as a Registered Yoga Teacher and youth PSIA ski instructor. For me, it’s not just about getting stronger—it’s about getting smarter in how we move and care for ourselves.

The benefits of specific wavelengths of light energy on the human body are clinically studied and constantly tested. Pilates A Day offers two Celluma panels that emit wavelengths of blue, red, and near-infrared light energy simultaneously in proprietary combinations for a variety of treatments ranging from: aging skin, body contouring, hair growth, acne treatment, and pain and inflammation relief. These panels can be added during or at the end of your one on one session.
